We have taken the information provided by Purdue University on the housing costs at various residence halls (including a comparable meal plan) and calculated the rate for our fraternity for the coming school year. Our goal is to have a rate that is approximately 5% to 10% less than the average residence hall rate.
Note: Following initiation, brothers are required to live in the chapter house for a minimum of four semesters. When a student is permitted to move out of the Chapter House after four semesters, he shall pay the required out-of-house brother dues set by the Chapter.
