The Alpha Delta chapter house, located at 800 David Ross Road in the Tower Acres, was renovated in 1999 and can accommodate up to 100+ Brothers. The house is equipped for exceptional living, social, and study activities. It is one of only a few houses on campus to have central air conditioning. It is equipped with a very large kitchen, dining room, game room, and formal room.
All Brothers are required to live in the house for 4 semesters.
